This Nashville club charges just $15 a class and will leave you feeling relaxed and empowered at the same time. The club offers a 6 a.m. Power Latte class designed to jump-start your day without your java fix. A 60-minute Power Lunch class features rock and roll, techno and hip-hop music. A post-work Yin Yoga offers a slow, sensuous mix of music.
